Power Green Smoothie

In honor of St. Patrick’s day we thought it would be appropriate to share our go to smoothie pack with greens and all things clean!


  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/4 cup blue berries
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 cups ( or handfuls) of your favorite greens, spinach, kale, power mix ect.
  • 1 1/2 cups almond or coconut milk unsweetened.
  • 1 scoop protein powder- your choice just make sure you’re using one that isn’t packed with a bunch of extra filler ingredients and artificial sweeteners.
  • Make this Keto friendly by adding 1 tablespoon MCT oil.
  • For added minerals add a large pinch or two of our Himalayan Sea Salt
  • Option to add several ice cube for thicker consistency.


  1. Add all ingredients into a blender .
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. ENJOY!!
