In honor of St. Patrick’s day we thought it would be appropriate to share our go to smoothie pack with greens and all things clean!
- 1/2 banana
- 1/4 cup blue berries
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 cups ( or handfuls) of your favorite greens, spinach, kale, power mix ect.
- 1 1/2 cups almond or coconut milk unsweetened.
- 1 scoop protein powder- your choice just make sure you’re using one that isn’t packed with a bunch of extra filler ingredients and artificial sweeteners.
- Make this Keto friendly by adding 1 tablespoon MCT oil.
- For added minerals add a large pinch or two of our Himalayan Sea Salt
- Option to add several ice cube for thicker consistency.
- Add all ingredients into a blender .
- Blend until smooth
